Denise Lott, real estate broker, & co-owner of Elite Real Estate Partners, has many years of experience in the real estate industry and is dedicated to helping her clients achieve their home buying and selling goals. She has acquired numerous awards for being a top producer, as well as quality customer service. She has extensive knowledge of the local area and real estate market. Denise has two children, Daniel and Danielle, but her whole heart really belongs with her two amazing grandchildren, Lincoln and Aubrey.

When I think of Marie Harrell, I think of someone who is reliable, tenacious, understanding, respectful, kind, knowledgeable of the local real estate market, and definitely a force to be reckoned with. She has decades of experience, which makes her excel in the process of matching people with properties.

Marie has lived her entire life in Douglas, GA. Prior to her real estate career she worked in bookkeeping. However, once she started real estate, she has never looked back. Marie puts family above all else. She has one daughter, Selena and husband, Chip, along with two grandchildren, Caleb and Jacob. She is an active member of First Baptist Church; and in her free time enjoys gardening.

Brittany Smith is a dedicated realtor based in Douglas, leveraging her expertise in the real estate market since 2020. Holding an MBA from Georgia Southern University, she combines her academic knowledge with practical experience to provide top-notch service to her clients, guiding them through their real estate journey with care and professionalism. In addition to her real estate career, Brittany also serves as a teacher at Coffee High School, demonstrating her passion for education and community involvement. Reneasha McElhaney served as a combat medic in the United States Army and is no stranger to hard work. Her love for helping people continues to shine through her work as she serves Post 515 American Legion as the Post Adjutant and Revive Church as the Culture Director.

Reneasha spent most of her childhood in Douglas before graduating high school in Perry, GA. Family ties brought her and her husband back to Coffee County in 2015 to raise their 5 children. Whether you are buying or selling, Reneasha is thrilled to help her client start a new chapter in homeownership.

Meagan Nettles is a native of Coffee County and has strong ties to the community through her many years as a photographer with the Gallery of Photography.  She can naturally put people at ease in stressful situations, as the real estate market can be.
